Kathy and her Sciatica

In the first quarter of last year, I was in so much pain that I needed to undergo rounds of physiotherapy to get relief. Despite the pain, though, I treated myself to a well-deserved vacation in Europe – but, much as I enjoyed traveling, the pain remained and I had to bring along a lot of analgesics to help me get through the tour. Europe being the world’s center of fashion, I needed to look my best so I was always decked out in my most stylish outfits which, of course, called for stunning heels But walking to and from different points of interest and high heels was a recipe for disaster: during the second half of my trip, I found myself in a great deal of pain and could hardly walk. Even sessions with an ortho-physiotherapist could only give me momentary relief.

As a result, I ended up heading home to Manila where I wasted no time in consulting with an orthopedic specialist who immediately demanded X-rays and an MRI which showed that I had a slipped disc in my S1/L5. Even after the doctor gave me an epidural, I was in so much pain that surgery was recommended. However, knowing the risk of spinal surgery even for realignment, I consulted with other doctors and got a second opinion, even a third. I attended my therapy sessions religiously and I was referred to a spinal specialist. I had to agree with the doctor about surgery as I could barely walk and was limping – but, even then, I was unsure and the fear was always there.

While I procrastinated on making a final decision about surgery, I used the Vital Dome twice or thrice a week as I’d been told that it helps a great deal with sciatica and even slipped discs. To my surprise, I felt relieved whenever I used it and the pain seemed to lessen. I told the doctor that I would observe my condition for a while and see if I would still need surgery later on. Three months later, my pain was gone: at first, I could manage to walk in wedges but was back in high heels after six months with the Vital Dome. I was so happy that I could walk normally again – and I didn’t need surgery, after all!

Today, I still use the Vital Dome whenever I feel twinges of pain. Plus, in the context of COVID-19, I haven’t been able to go to my usual gym for a workout, so I also use the Dome as a session has the same healthful benefits as a two-hour run.

The Vital Dome was a great help for my sciatica and slipped disc, but it also helps with a number of other physical conditions which entail chronic pain when used regularly. If you’re currently suffering through similar maladies, I would recommend that you enroll into a three-month program with the Vital Dome.

I dare you to do it and see a difference in your health and wellbeing. Plus, if you feel it doesn’t work, we’ll happily give you back 50% of your investment.
